Update OS via Compact Flash (ATA card)

In order to upgrade or re-install the PA960 OS via Com-

pact Flash, you will require the NK.bin file (available from

Unitech Technical Support):

Note: File name must be “NK.bin” – do not rename it.

CAUTION: Users files will be erased!

Press OK.5.

Run \Windows\BootMode.exe from PA960 by tapping

My Computer -> Windows -> double tapping

“BootMode” .

Plug the power adapter into the PA960.3.

Insert the Compact Flash Card into the PA960.2.

Copy file “NK.bin” from the PC to the root directory of

the Compact Flash card.

The PA960 will display the following screen:6.
